Is Koomi free for my first outlet?
Yes. Koomi SoftPOS is free for your first outlet, with no monthly fee, no contract and no card needed to sign up. You can add QR ordering, KDS, loyalty and more outlets when you're ready.

KoomiX is embedded working capital for F&B. Instead of one large monthly repayment, it takes small fixed daily deductions from your KoomiPay sales. Financing is provided by licensed partners, and figures on this site are indicative only and subject to approval.

Eligible merchants may access up to S$500,000. New merchants can be funded up to S$75,000 on KoomiPay, or up to S$150,000 when they also adopt KoomiPOS, and the full limit can unlock after 3 months of consistent transactions. The exact amount depends on assessment of your Koomi sales data, eligibility and our banking partners' approval.

Approval can happen within 24 hours, subject to eligibility and checks, and funds are disbursed within 24–48 hours once approved. No property collateral is required: KoomiX is unsecured business financing, and the only document needed is the Director's Credit Bureau Singapore (CBS) report.
